Alba Domenech
Alba's paintings have a surrealist fantasy genre, with sometimes a Japanese influence.
They often depict a certain fragility. A large theme for her are woman facing the pressure of society.
Butterflies play a central role in her work, representing this fragility, but also symbolising a transformation, a guidance towards the right path. She likes to work with the conflict between reality, and the untouchable depths of the subconscious mind.
